Fullerton, California has had a strong connection with Korean culture and business for decades. The city is home to North America’s first Lotteria, has a strong Samsung presence, and contains CJ’s brands such as Tous Les Jours within our boundaries. We are also the sister city of Seongnam, South Korea, and have a business center dedicated exclusively to Seongnam products and enterprises.
And Mayor Fred Jung is continuing to grow this relationship with our new program to attract Korean Film, TV, and Media productions to Fullerton.

Fullerton is home to some of the most beautiful parks, oldest architecture, and most memorable University campuses in California.
For the right type of production, it’s an unbeatable city to film. And, with access to dozens of Korean restaurants close by, great hotels, and quick approval for street closures and permitting, it’s an ideal city for Korean productions to shoot.

With the Mayor’s new initiative to bring Korean Film and Media productions to Fullerton, we anticipate a whole new level to the relationship between the two, and a new age of economic growth for our incredible city.
